The objectives of the Institute are.

1.To cultivate students with the spirit of forward-looking and innovative research, independent thinking, creative design, practicality and scientific knowledge.

2.To train students with multi-disciplinary integration skills, integrating humanities, basic research, medical professions and engineering technology.

3.To train students with a humanistic and caring mindset, who will think in terms of humanity, well-being of the elderly, and the application of technology.
